- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SecurityForce platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
SecurityForce provides a comprehensive security management platform including:
- Real-time security personnel tracking
- Checkpoint monitoring and reporting
- Duty roster management
- Incident reporting and management
- Client portal access
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities that occur under their account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Proper use of the platform for intended security purposes only

6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

SecurityForce reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SecurityForce be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use SecurityForce services.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
