SecurityForce offers refunds under specific conditions outlined in this policy. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Subscription Refunds

Trial Period:

  • Free trial subscriptions can be cancelled anytime during the trial period
  • No charges will be applied if cancelled before trial ends
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled

Monthly Plans:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Full refund if requested within 7 days and minimal service usage
  • No refunds after 7 days; cancellation effective next billing cycle

Annual Plans:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refund available for first 90 days (minus any discounts received)
  • After 90 days, no refunds; cancellation prevents auto-renewal

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will be considered if:

  • Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Critical features promised were not delivered
  • Double billing or payment errors occurred
  • Account security was compromised due to platform vulnerability
